” Sequential Circuits Pro 1 synthesizer in superb condition. I have owned this from new for about 40 years after buying it from Rod Argent’s shop in Denmark St in London, and apart from a few gigs in the 1980s it has spent its whole life in my home studio with only light use. It is the more desirable j-wire keyboard model and I have recently replaced all the key bushings so it plays like new again. All the controls work and are noise free (there is some slight noise at one point on the filter amount knob but I’ve never found this to be a problem in use). Note that there is no midi capability on this synthesizer but it can be added by using a Midi to CV converter such as the Kenton Electronics Pro Solo Mk3.
Also included is the original operation manual which explains how to use everything and how to adjust the tuning and scales, although I’ve rarely needed to do this as it has always been very stable. I will also include the original box that it came in, which is serviceable but looking a bit faded and tatty after so many years in my loft.
