“Roland JD-800 in great cosmetic condition overall, but not fully functional. It’s had the predictable ‘red glue’ issue, and whilst I’ve done my best to clear up what had oozed out of the keys, some of it had got onto the green pcb contact strip under the keybed and some of the traces are now compromised meaning around a dozen keys towards the upper end do not sound. This may be able to be fixed if there is a way to mend the traces, or replaced if a new pcb contact strip can be sourced. Other than this, there are a few tact switches that can require an extra push or two to engage so could do with replacing, and there are occasionally ‘jumpy’ sliders so these could all do with a clean out, but they are not crackly to operate. It can be fully controlled from a MIDI controller keyboard / via a DAW and sounds edited as normal on the unit itself. Both original manuals included. ” Click here to visit listing on eBay
