I bought this around 2011 after seeing it featured on Swedish House Mafia’s “One (Your Name).” Used it quite a bit back then, put it away for several years and picked it back up recently when I started learning to use an online DAW and wanted to do more electronic sounds using a keyboard or drum machine. I have since recorded some tracks on it successfully and transferred those files to DAW so this item definitely works. And the versatility in drum and synth sounds continue to blow me away. But when I went to consider buying a new OP-1, I went for another device option entirely due to a lower cost for the same capabilities. But I am a bit sad to part with this device because the visuals, the portability, and the capabilities are so great. “I have no way to fully test this synth anymore so I have to list it as “For Parts ONLY”. The last time it was used (approximately 2010) it was in full working order and it powers on fine as seen in the images. All that said, it is being sold AS IS for PARTS ONLY because as I said, I have no way to confirm it is working 100%.

The case has some general wear and tear from use over the years as you can see in the images. It’s very clean and presents well over all.

I’m also including two power adapters and three midi cables (see last image).

I do NOT have the owners manual but I’m sure a PDF can be found online.

Also please note, the serial number scratched out in images 10 and 11 is in the image only, the serial number is fully visible on the unit.

Recently serviced and the Red Glue issue has been resolved with new key bed and key contact board fitted. Key weights have been secured with new epoxy (as shown in picture). Key action is as it should be as well as the after-touch.

After-touch modification has been fitted, enabling it to be more sensitive and not needing to press the keys so hard to get the after-touch to engage.

All the sliders and controls have been cleaned and thoroughly tested and working as it should. New internal battery has been installed and has been reset to factory settings.
