It has the same sounds and fat ladder filter as the Pro Soloist, but with more reliable and more performance friendly pushbutton voice selection switches. Overall great condition for a nearly 40 year old synthesizer, with some small paint blemishes as visible in the photos.
Synthchaser Precision LED slider upgrade. All 4 of the old original sliders have been replaced with new, smooth, high precision LED illuminated sliders. The difference in the way these sliders feel and perform compared to the originals is a huge improvement.

“This is a vintage Kawai K3 Hybrid analog digital synthesizer. The issue is when a patch is selected some of the notes do not play. When a different patch is selected different notes do not play and the others that were not playing do. “This synth is in working condition . The power supply is not original, it is a universal type installed by the local music shop . I have not used the battery option but everything seems to be accounted for. There is a cigarette burn right by the Casio logo and slight warping on the control panel and a couple of keys ( SEE PICS ) . The fader button is missing on the volume but the volume works All buttons and knobs etc are working . Missing one keytar knob . “Vintage Oberhiem DX Drum Machine all functions, buttons, and sliders tested great. With power cord, full manual is downloadable for free online. I’m not sure about any expansion roms, but it seems that there are some extra chips and possible board enhancements through comparison with pictures of other units. The “DX sync-to-tape” board for instance is not inside any other unit I could find pictures of online. “This is an early model Oberheim OB-8 analog synthesizer from late 1982 and “Does Not” have factory MIDI. It has a small dent in the rear of the unit shown in the photos. Program 5 led is slightly brighter than the rest, one of the reasons for the lower price point. It looks like it was replaced before I owned the unit. I have it for almost 10 years and never had any issues. The same led comes on very dim when program 1 is pressed, please see the power on photo, it is hardly noticeable. My studio is well lit and always thought it was because the led was newer. All the programs work great! I do not ship internationally and only ship to the lower 48 states. If you have any questions please contact me. I will consider any reasonable offer. Get it while you can! Somebody “will” get this big boy if the price is right! They are selling for over $4k and the MIDI kit is cheap if you want to upgrade. I never had the need to use MIDI. “This listing is for one extremely rare Paia “The Drum” 5700P Analog Percussion Synthesizer. It is essentially a cab filled with 4 identical modules that can generate a sound that is suited to percussive analog tones. It can be triggered via any sound source, including other drums, eurorack, a drum machine, etc. (voltage trigger OR audio into the 1/4″ jack). Each voice also has CV in that tracks across a few octaves so they can also be used as a stand-alone synth voice for basslines, melodies, etc. if so desired.
The sound can be described as very raw and weighty, similar to other early analog percussion units like the Simmons SDSV and 808.
