“Works great. Tunes up in 5 minutes like it should. Stays in tune. All arpeggiation , chord hold, pedal midi etc works as should. Programable, all original, except one side panel which are particle board, was coming apart, so I re-fashioned a solid wood piece and re-built it. It’s sturdier than new.
Nice synth. Very very clean on the inside.
It’s been in AC storage, over the years whenever I pull it out it worked as it should.
It’s in good shape on the exterior. It will not pass for new, but it’s a good-fair looking, outside, and very good on the inside.
It’s truly a great sounding piece, u can can really get all the typical poly synth sounds, plus it’s got it unique cool sounds when u tweak parameters sounds u will never find in any synth due to unique architecture.”

“Pre-owned, in good condition. Fully tested and works perfectly. One of the keys is bent/stuck, as shown in the photos. Cosmetic dirt and scuffs from prior use, as well as some discoloration from age. All sliders and buttons work perfectly well. Includes attached power cable. Does not include a case. “The CPU/battery board was replaced with a good used board. All Key bed contacts cleaned. Power supply rebuilt. Photocoupler replaced. Recapped, calibrated, cleaned and professionally serviced by Analogics in Cleveland, OH.
All functions working except arpeggiator led light isn’t. No big deal. All CV in/outs working. Arp CV syncs as expected. VCF CV works awesome. Overall great condition inside and out, ready to play and sounds massive. I love this thing but I gotta let it go.”

“Item is in fair/good cosmetic shape and has normal wear from use and storage. The 2 slider switches are in great working order but are missing the caps for easy use. All keys work and have the spring action. The keys feel weighted much like a piano so it plays like one. This is a very high end machine and was top of the line when it was released. The cartridges included are #3 and #4 and a protect able write rewrite cartridge for your own sounds.”

“Well used shape as seen, one broken key, that key as well as all the other keys are working. Display reads well.
Powers on and has some strange voiced programed in. does not seem to have the factory voices installedall keys working. Pitch and MOD wheels working but one is broken as seenplastic on frame back corners broken. missing the slider caps, the volume tine for the slider is broken but you can still slide it up and down.

“I’m selling my original US made full size vintage ARP Odyssey. It’s flightcased and in excellent working and cosmetic condition having been regularly serviced over the years. It was toured professionally throughout its past and has been recently kept in a studio.
The synth has a couple of extra features commissioned by the original owner.
Firstly the pitch wheel is sprung so it jumps back to its central position making using it in performance much easier. There is also an extra control to adjust the amount of the pitch change. There is a knob which adjusts a delay on modulation so that you can adjust the attack on the modulation used. This can be turned on and off with the extra switch. Otherwise the synth is a typical black and gold faced early Odyssey. All keys work and the oscillators and tuning are extremely stable. There is plenty online about this version of the synth. The manual is a modern reproduction but included. ”

” I purchased this from the original owner three or four years ago and its a lovely sounding analog synth in perfect working condition, however due to the lack of space in my studio I have replaced it with the rackmount version, hence the sale of this great synth.
Cosmetically its fair. it has some wear to the end caps, small scuffs and scratches to the body. The membrane sheet over some of the buttons have suffered some perforations and dents (previous owner had long fingernails I presume). there are some chipped keys underneath but this does not detract from the great sound this produces. ”

” The fine item you are considering is a Rare Vintage Modular Version Steiner Parker Synthacon Synthesizer. Yes, it’s the rare modular version of the Steiner Parker Synthacon, but there is no “Parker” listed on the unit, only the “Steiner” name. The unit looks to be in excellent, well cared for condition, with the only issue I see being that one knob is missing (the knob from the VC Filter section) but the pot and pot post is still there and in good shape- only the knob has fallen off. I opened the back of the unit, and everything inside looks to be visually in good shape as well. Unfortunately, I do not have a keyboard for the unit, and I have no way to actually test the unit, so I’m selling it “as is”, although I will guarantee it to be as I have described, in excellent cosmetic condition, and looking like it was extremely well cared for. It powered up & played but I recall him saying something about a crossover slide.
I don’t remember all the tech lingo he mentioned but all the keys worked anyway.

“This is a original 1972 Minimoog, serial number is #1442, the 442nd production model in April of 1972. It is a rare transition model in that it has the clear plexiglass pitch and modulation wheels before they switched to the off-white type. Otherwise it has all the original components of an early model D including the oscillators, which were never upgraded.
This MiniMoog had a “Studio Electronics” midi installation but it has been lovingly removed and brought back to it’s original specification by former Moog employee and synth expert Nick Montoya. And with it’s purchase, his 6 month warranty. Nick has restored to “like new” performance and playability.
In a previous servicing, the keyboard was re-bushed and plays like new. And the voice cards were given 28 turn trimmer for fine tuning and calibration. You can see the blue trim pots in the picture of the oscillator card. This doesn’t change the sound in any way. Another photo shows the R.A. Moog card etching on it’s flip side. ”

“I am the original owner and this unit is in great condition. It has never required servicing and is completely unmodified. I purchased this Moog Prodigy in 1980 from Naperville Music in the Chicago suburbs. The original Owner’s Manual, Technical Service Information manual and warranty card shown are included. I never noticed until just now but I think the music store guy wrote down the serial number as 9358 on the warranty card but the sticker on the back looks like 3358 to me. I have owned numerous keyboards/organs/synthesizers over the years but nothing I have ever touched creates the unbelievably wide range of sounds that this little guy does. I am with some reluctance letting this friend of 39 years go to a better home.”

“Great 80s Analog synth with digital controls and programming. FAT bass, horn, strings,etc. Note: the Aftertouch does not work like most of these synths from the 80s. The strip under the keyboard wears out. I didnt feel a need for Aftertouch so it didnt matter to me. This function is still available by external control however. There are some cosmetic blemishes which I have included in the photos.”
