“Here we have my Sequential Circuits Prophet 2000 which is sadly not in the greatest of health. I’ve owned it for over 10 years, done some gigs, lots of recording she’s served me well. A few months ago I powered it up after not using it for a while and the display showed no power. Flicked it off and back on again and it powered up but no sound. Every other function works. You can select and load sounds, arp works and will control other synths over midi keyboard likewise. With the volume cranked you can hear a click that should be the sound . The filter will even have effect on this click. It has the gotek floppy emulator which has always worked perfectly and has been in it a good 5 years which I retro fitted fairly neatly. It also comes with an original manual which is a binder type and is massively useful and as a bonus was signed by the man who wrote all the sequential manuals Stanley Jungleib. I also have a sound library of about 200 discs on memory card and about 20 odd floppy’s. I’ll be very sad to see it go but I just don’t have the time or resources to fix it and am in need of something functional to replace it with. ” Sequential Circuits Pro-One synthesiser lightly used without stand. Condition is “Used”. Selling this on behalf of the estate of my partners brother who sadly passed away last year. We don’t know much about these. No box or documentation. We haven’t tested it hence a low starting price and no reserve. Buyer collection only from St Albans in Herts.” 
“Legendary analogue synthesizer from 1981. Without a shadow of doubt the most powerful mono synth ever produced. This thing is completely devastating for basslines, but also excels at leads, drones, percussive sounds and all kinds of other complete madness. A truly wild and amazing instrument. The real deal – none of this modern clone/reproduction business. The synth was serviced a couple pf years ago and is working spot on. There is one control knob (Osc A volume) missing as can be seen in the photos, but the actual potentiometer still functions perfectly and can be used like normal. ”

“The Sequential Pro One is a wicked little monosynth! It comes from the same period and genre as the Roland SH-101 and Moog Prodigy. The Pro One was basically Sequential’s attempt at taking their legendary Prophet 5 poly-synth and packing it into a compact, inexpensive, monophonic analog synth! It has two VCOs, a great 4-pole lowpass filter, two ADSR envelopes (one for filter), and a compact three-octave keyboard. With a Pro-One, you can easily create punchy analog bass-lines and leads or quirky analog synth effects.

“Prophet 5 V 3.3 synthesizer with original midi, original flight case, original bound manual, original bound service manual, in exceptionally good condition as per photos. The keyboard has been completely rebushed and all relevant capacitors replaced by Ben at Cyberwave EMS who is an expert in Prophets (he owns a Rev 2). Have you ever seen a P5 keyboard as even as that?! 🙂 It plays perfectly and as new. As you can see the condition is superb – the wood is beautiful and has one mark on the left hand edge as pointed out in the photos, which goes completely unnoticed in my studio. I’m a bit of a perfectionist with classic analogues (you can see a few, but the others, including my Jupiter 8 are also in top notch fettle) and I absolutely don’t notice the chip, which I considered having looked at by a French polisher, but haven’t as it just isn’t obvious in the studio. Ben knows this synth well as he has brought it up to top condition and serviced it for many more years of good service. I have had it dump its memory, but Ben has gone through it thoroughly and found nothing to be an issue and I had tape back ups. Speaking of the latter, I have all the original banks, but one of my own also in there at the moment which I can remove if you wish (but they’re good sounds!). Ben informs me that the Sequential factory midi can sometimes cause this if the buffer gets overloaded and his suggestion was that you could avoid using it, but I have anyway and it’s fine. Even better with CV. :). If you’re wondering why its so well priced for such a collector package, it’s because it’s priced to sell. I buy a lot of synths and know that the prices some people are waiting for is unrealistic . However, I’m not open to stupid offers and I’m not even convinced that I really want to let this one go, but I have the Pro One and my poly duties are waaaay covered by my other synths. Can you have too much Sequential? Probably not, but I’m not a collector and I use the Pro One more right now.”

The Sequential Circuits Six-Trak Polyphonic Synthesizer may be labelled as a “beginner model” by the company, but the features and functionality make it a prime choice for any synth enthusiast. Built with 48 velocity-sensitive keys and the same Curtis circuitry found in the company’s more expensive models. This Six-Trak exhibits some heavy cosmetic wear like rusting on the chassis and scratches on the side wooden panels. It’s not in the prettiest cosmetic shape, but it is completely functional and works perfectly.”
