“Well-loved Roland Sh-09 for sale. Professionally serviced when I purchased it a couple of years ago and it’s been played relatively little at home and has been and packed away for the last year.

As you can see from the photos it’s missing two slider caps, has some wearing on the panel, and has had key repairs done to it prior to me purchasing it. On the plus side, at 35+ years old, it works beautifully. It sounds like magic and plays like a dream. This is surprisingly versatile for a monosynth and you can feed the output back into it for some really screaming leads and bass. ”

“For sale is a Roland SH-09. It is working well but has a few noticeable issues. Mainly there are several scratchy pots, sliders and some faint krackly in the audio when pressing some of keys. Likely all due to needing some deoxit and cleaning. All functions appear to be working as they should except S/H section of LFO. It could use a little maintenance to get it back to 100% functional condition, great project for someone hand with repairs. Due to issues it is sold as-is condition, no warranties or guarantees. There is some cosmetic wear as expected for its age. Check out the pictures to make sure you like it.”

“In decent condition, considering it’s age – keys are all fine, no sticking knobs, all sliders work fine, no excess noise – only marks are to the casing, which is showing some signs of rust – see pictures – but it’s kind of cool.

Also had some very small burn marks on three of the keys (see pics) – they’ve been there since I bought it in 2001, I guess from it’s earlier owner who probably rested cigarettes (or whetever?!) on there during gigs! haha. The eighties eh… ?
