All sliders are smooth and straight.
It was fully serviced by Roland in 2002.
Serviced and tested in August 2018 by synth experts Heyday Music, Asheville.
It has spent the last 20 years in an air-conditioned studio with occasional use.
There is a marking/smudge of unknown origin to the right of the “Jupiter-6″ logo on the right side of the synth. (I never even noticed it until I had to photograph it)
There is also a sticker on the front left. This could probably be removed with the right care.

One only issue: voice 2 of every bank most of the times doesn’t work…it works 10% of the times I would say 🙂 I think it’s a pretty easy fix!

“Selling my vintage Roland TR-606 analog drum machine. Fully tested. You really cannot duplicate the sound, groove and feel of these toms and hats; toms are amazing with tons of low end and well eq’d thump. The kick on this one has lots of low frequency – as analog machines tend to vary slightly between units. Snare is bright and snappy! I have used every possible feature of this unit… The Din Sync works – in and out. The tom trigger outs both work. All buttons switches and pots are not noisy and are functional. Output jack is not noisy or scratchy. No mods have ever been done. It retains its pattern memory and has no corrosion in the battery compartment. It’s a great sounding and fun little machine for electro, techno and acid. “Up for bidding is a very nice condition, old Roland Cr5000, The exterior is clean however there are alot of light scratches to the white plastic which are very faint and may not show up in photos, also there is a bit of a light area on top which may have had a sticker or something. All that being said it still looks very nice. I tried to test most aspects of it and it appears to work very well. I did notice that when using a standard guitar foot switch you had to click it twice, it is really a fun little thing. A manual is avaliable at the Roland Support Archive which is really helpful, even though it is pretty simple to figure out. “Up for grabs this Roland MKS-80 Super Jupiter is a rack version of Roland Jupiter-8 and Roland Jupiter-6 and an 8-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer that was manufactured by Roland between 1984 and 1987. It is the only of MKS series of synthesizers to have fully analog voltage-controlled oscillators. It has been tested via midi and it works well. Please see pictures of exact item you are bidding on. It does have some cosmetic scratches from previous use, but nothing extreme, it was taken care of for what it is. It will only come with a powercord and card seen in unit. “I am reluctantly selling my Roland SH101 from 1983 – All genuine, I have owned this one from new. …I purchased it from ‘Future Music’ in Chelmsford (no longer trading) and still have the receipt to prove it. So it’s a 1 owner since new item.
This unit is 35 years old and has been extremely well looked after. It has never been gigged and has had light studio use only (smoke free environment). For its age, it is in very good condition with every conceivable feature working as originally intended. It has recently been serviced / calibrated, So its ready to perform like new.
Cosmetically (for it’s age) the unit looks stunning, there are no broken keys or missing sliders, everything is where it should be. The case itself has no cracks or chips, however the ‘grey colour’ has changed slightly over the years from I guess, UV light exposure (…this of course does not affect the audio performance whatsoever).

“You know that sliding bass sound at the beginning of Prodigy’s “Firestarted?” This is the vintage analog synth whose brother made it. The SH-101 is very cool, especially for techno, drum&bass and ACID! It’s a monophonic bass synthesizer. Its sound lies somewhere between the TB-303 and a Juno bass sound. It has a lot of simple but cool features. You can control the VCF, pitch, LFO or all from the pitch bender. It has a white noise generator, arpeggiator with up, down and up/down patterns and a simple real-time sequencer. The LFO offers random, sine, square or noise waveforms. And normal or auto portamento effects give you that elastic bass sound. There are external clock inputs for the sequencer and arpeggiator, CV/GATE inputs and outputs and a CV hold pedal. Unfortunately, there is no patch memory storage and although it has no MIDI there are apparently upgrades available for it from many analog service companies that will allow you to incorporate it into any MIDI studio environment. It can also be controlled by MIDI using a CV/MIDI converter. It’s great for deep sub-bass sounds, sliding bass sounds or bubbly analog effects. This one comes with the optional Hand Grip so it can be strapped on like a guitar for live performance”

“Roland Juno 60 in great condition considering the age. When I bought the Juno, it had been serviced and everything works like it should. It has sat in a studio its entire life to my knowledge. It has a small sticker on the top (see pictures), which can be removed and cleaned to look like it was never there. It has some scratches and knicks in the wood panels (also see pictures).
