“Was going to donate it to my son’s school, but they can’t use it. Just want it to go to a good home. I don’t need to sell it, have owned it since 1983, still works but it’s been sitting in my garage for 20 years and it deserves to be used. Comes with case, but the foam is COMPLETELY shot and will need to be replaced. One key is popped up (no idea how since it was just sitting in the case), one switch is broken. Still seem to work fine. “Keyboard is selling as-is. It’s in perfect shape. The synthesizer part works properly. The keyboard has an issue with patch memory. All the bottoms work, but I couldn’t load the factory patches. I’ve read that the keyboards below 334800 serial number have factory problems with patch memory. Which can be solved by adding additional 5V wires from power supply to the panel B. It might be that problem. I don’t know the technique of doing that so I didn’t try to do it.” 
“For sale is an early 80s Roland Juno-60 in 100% functional condition. This synth has had several sliders cleaned, new bender lever, new felt gaskets on front panel, and underwent some repairs involving the DCO circuit. It sounds excellent and comes with the original factory patches loaded into its memory. Cosmetically, it has a few nicks as expected of a synth this age but nothing major. I have owned many expensive synths and the Juno is still near the top of the list. “

“A little while ago a friend asked me to help him clean out a storage unit that he had bought at auction. The deal was that he would keep all the tools and power equipment . I could have anything else I wanted. Most of what was left went to the dump but there were a few things I thought might have value. One of those things is this really nice Roland JUNO 60 Programmable Polyphonic Synthesizer. I know almost nothing about this instrument except that physically it appears to be in excellent condition. The only problem is that I can’t get it to work. I don’t know if it is because of my own lack of knowledge of this instrument or if there is something wrong with the device. Either way I feel that I must offer it as a synthesizer in need of repair or one that could be used for parts.

“This has been sitting in my closet in its case for 25 years. It still works, and case is included, but the case is so old that the foam is disintegrating. Will need new foam. Plugged it in, and it still sounds just as sweet as it did when I used it in the 1980s. As usual, I did more damage cleaning it than I did using it. I broke off a switch (see photo), and one of the keys is sticking up, but still plays. No idea how that happened. I looked for the switch in the vacuum bag, but I gave up realizing I was digging through the trash for a switch lever. I literally haven’t opened the case in a decade. I don’t need to sell it, but I’m looking for someone who needs it and will use it. If nobody buys it at a reasonable, I’ll donate it to my son’s school.”
