All the other 800 presets are in ROM and intact. The first 200 are in RAM that means that can be rewritten and they are only copies from that other 800 presets anyway. “The original analogue rack-mount synth module is on offer here. It works great, just tested several of the ONE THOUSAND PATCHES myself and it sounds amazing. This unit is a 120V original, made in the USA from Oberheim. It features lots and lots and lots of sounds from the Oberheim Matrix 6R and a ton of other sounds. It has MIDI in, out, and thru, a single 1/4 output. LED display is bright (pictured). There is some rack rash around the rack ears, on the top and bottom (pictured). Buttons are all responsive and all functions seem to work. Comes only with a power cord, but you can find the manual online. Can’t go wrong with this one. Powers up. Buttons work. Display changes. Not tested beyond that.

Professionally installed new battery holder and new Energizer 2032 battery.
