“Paia 9700 series modular synth rig has been meticulously soldered with high-end audiophile solder. This unit includes a 8 step sequencer that incorporates the Ken Stone Sequential Switch ([link removed by eBay]) which is routed to a set of 8, completely bypass-able, control voltage knobs. This unit has two transformers, and two power supplies. One for the 9700 modules and one for the sequencer/potentiometer bank. This has been working in my smoke-free studio for 10 years. VCO 1v/octave tracking may need re-calibration, which is easy: I will include paper instructions and documents for each and every module including power supplies. Wooden case is sturdy white oak. Includes a handle on one side. Three power indicating LED’s are on a front panel that includes a few multiples (3.5mm and 1/4″ jacks wired in parallel), but the LED’s are not currently connected- this doesn’t effect function. This rack has plenty of LED’s!”

“If you are a PAiA Phan you know what this is and how rare it is! There are a few scratches on the face plate, as you can see. Also my beefy power supply kept blowing the 1/8W 47 Ohm resistor so I am including a few 1/4W for your DIY hands to replace. My eyesight and unsteady hands would only make matters worse! Last time (before it blew) it was working fine as were all the LEDs.
If you are not familiar with the PAiA 4700 series of modules this is not the sequencer you seek. It is not Eurorack (it’s not even FRAC and PAiA invented FRAC!). The power this puppy uses is +18, +/-9V and Ground. Those are not banana jacks for the CV and trigger outs. And because the pin jacks are not grounded, you would need to run a ground wire between the sequencer and whatever you are sequencing (Unless – of course – you are mounting the modules in a PAiA system cabinet using a common ground).
Having pointed out all the caveats, this is an incredible device. It is expandable with other 4780 sequencers. I has 3 running at one time. It’s a maximum of 12 stages. This turns it into an amazing envelope generator or LFO.
I will include some pin jack cables and I think I may even have pin to 3.5mm. I will also included the using and assembly guides.”

You are looking at a fantastic standalone self-contained noise synth Blacet Research Dark Star Chaos.
It has separate noise output that will give you unique textured noise for processing through another unit. The white/pink noise for wind and surf, a radio telescope, or like an old NASA recording of astronauts on the moon.
The oscillator at the lowest frequency setting give a jittery, misshapen, square wave for triggers or making filters pop/snap. It is a voltage controlled sound generator optimized for producing an unusual variety of noise based sounds.
The module includes a wide range DIGITAL NOISE SOURCE that includes a FILTER that can be used to modulate the frequency of the VCO. The module can be used stand alone or in a complete modular system. The DARK STAR CHAOS includes a voltage controlled digital noise clock that allows the speed of the noise to be finely adjusted from counterclockwise (CCW) “OFF”, 50% “RANDOM STEP” and clockwise (CW) “CW WHITE NOISE”. A voltage controlled Noise Filter controls the NOISE depth that modulates the VCO. In addition a triangle wave low frequency oscillator (LFO) can also be used to modulate the Pulse Width of the VCO. A basic envelope generator (EG) modulates the amplitude of the internal voltage controlled amplifier (VCA).
I built this module from the kit, used and enjoyed it in my studio, and it was working when I put it in storage. Includes a printed manual and new power cable.”

The IRON CURTAIN ELECTRONICS system is a faithful recreation of the analog circuits from the famous POLIVOKS synthesizer. This project was completed in cooperation with the Polivoks designer Vladimir Kuzmin. The included modules represent the full Polivoks feature set, all-analog electronics with the use of original Russian components where appropriate. The authentic sonic character of the instrument is present and verified by the designer. It’s the antidote to the ordinary analog synthesizer sound, suitable for industrial applications.
This is a full synthesizer instrument ready for recording or performance. Just add a keyboard or sequencer.

This a great module, either use as 4 independent ADSRs or send a gate to no 1 to trigger all 4 (unless they got their own gate plugged in) control your pitch, volume and filter + something else. Resulting in complex sounds.
