“This was working well until recently when it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I’m not sure what the issue is but it could be an easy fix. Comes with the rack ears (which are often difficult to find). “I bought this a couple of years ago for a number of projects and just fell in love with its incredible sound (so so warm – think Boards of Canada for a simple idea). I bought it in the same condition (with the same sticker) for a significant amount of money as they are quite hard to find. It had just had its electronics cleaned out and tested (hence the rather annoyingly glued modulation wheel area – see pix). It has some marks here and there but plays beautifully – remarkable for these synths given their age. It has never been toured and only kept in studio. When not used for recording this was always covered and protected carefully. ”

“FS: Korg Poly61: 80’s 2 DCO goodness with chord memory & an arp (arp can trigger chords in chord mem mode). Theirs also an arp trig input for stepping the arp ala #Juno60/6. Filter sounds a lot like the #DW8000 to me. Everything works. A few of the numeric buttons could stand to have their tact switches replaced, but they do work. Sold as-is due to the unpredictable nature of vintage synths.”
” This is a vintage analog Korg Synth from the early to mid 80s. I bought it used in the early 90s. Works great and is loaded with the original factory patches. I recently spent about 10 hours of time with this unit transfering old song parts to the computer, consequently I know it’s working just fine. The original AC adapter stopped working and has been replaced with an Archer AC Adapter with the proper voltage and miliiamps. There is a security plate attached to the bottom of the unit that I used to secure the keyboard at a live gig. I’ve also etched out (removed) my name and ID number that I engraved on the bottom of the unit. Happy bidding.”

“Item: Used, playable DVP-1 voice processor. This was stored away for some time, the internal battery is still good but it has a hint of a musty smell. It comes with a power cord as pictured, no manual or rack ears and it’s missing a few of the rubber feet on the bottom. I didn’t notice any major flaws or any drawbacks when I played it and went through some of the functions, however I couldn’t get the direct output to work. Not much of an issue since all the knobs and functions seem to work out of the mix output. Released in 1986, this is somewhat of a rare vintage rack that’s not a synthesizer, however rather than using an external carrier signal it has internal waves that are played through midi to achieve the warm vocoding effect as heard by legendary artists such as Vangelis. ”

“This listing is for one Korg KR-55 analog drum machine. The selector buttons for the sequencer were broken beyond repair so they were replaced with trigger ins for the drum sounds. The triggers ins are like the gates for the MS-20 (and other Korg/Yamaha synths), with a pull gate signal. Could be triggered via Beatstep Pro, Silent Way, eurorack, SQ-1, etc. Many of the sounds are velocity sensitive so if you send more signal the sound is shaped differently (ie the kick becomes more punchy, snare with more noise, etc). One or two jacks don’t currently do anything as they were planned for other mods. This box is a good way to get the classic sound of the KR-55B without being shackled down by the preset patterns.”
