This unit is in great condition for its age inside and out.
This unit has a small amount of wear and tear, for a synth from 1975 it is in very nice condition for its age.
All except one switch has its brightly coloured sticker and all text is bright and clear. Please see photos for more details.
This MaxiKorg 800DV has been serviced.
This included:
Deep clean throughout
Key contacts have been cleaned and enhanced
The power supply has been refurbished.
The switches and sliders have been cleaned, deoxidised and lubricated where necessary.
Tuned and calibrated to factory specifications.
This unit will ship with its original hard case which is in good condition for its age. It has a little wear which is to be expected. All hinges and latches function properly and are in tact. The latches have no keys.

“This synthesizer has been owned by only 2 persons, works perfectly, only inconvenience is the last key is mildly chopped as shown in pictures, I am discounting $50 to the average price for a MS-10 that I found on the internet. I bought a brand new case custom made for the synthesizer, made of wood and steel, a year ago and it costed me $150, I am including it for $100, hence the total cost of $650. That is the synth with the case, as I don’t intent to sell the case separately. ”

” Korg EX-800 Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer module from the 1980’s. Two of the buttons are harder to activate (5 and 6), but are functional. This is a used piece of vintage equipment. Receives MIDI, plays notes, loads patches. See pictures, case has some scuffs and scratches but functions normally.
This is the rack mountable version of the Korg Poly-800. It will include a non-original power supply and a duplicate cassette that has the stock EX-800 patches on it. “This is a genuine M-500 Korg Micro Preset SP, the very rare model with the built-in speaker.
Please note that two of the presets don’t work – these are they Synthe 1 and Synthe 2. This is a very common issue with these synths but can be fixed by replacing some of the capacitors.
Otherwise it’s in good shape. The sound can warble a bit, again a common issue with a synth that’s forty years old. But it’s a great bit of kit.”

“Available for purchase: a Korg Polysix synth, upgraded with a new Kiwi Polysix power supply & CPU/MIDI board, a Tubbutec Polysex osc pitch/drift board, and new key contacts from LA Synth Co. Also included: original manual, Kiwisix box, and original Korg synth brochure. Everything is in solid cosmetic shape and works great. The keys feel brand new after the contact upgrade, and the knobs & switches are smooth and responsive. All button switches have been replaced. There are a few surface marks/scratches on the exterior of the case and could use a thorough cleaning overall. Please see photos for more detail. So there are no surprises, the inside of the case is cracked on the left side, causing a small opening in the rear. This isn’t visible on the side and doesn’t cause any instability. Beyond that crack, it’s a solid unit all around and definitely a one-of-a-kind synth. Sort of sad to see it go, but it isn’t being used as much as it probably should be these days. MIDI, audio, and power cables included.”

“I’m selling my Korg MS2000 synth. It’s the green colored one with grey knobs, not the black one. There are some issues with this synth, first of all the wood side plate on the right hand side has been broken since the day I got it. There are a couple of the grey knobs missing and I’ve been unable to find them readily. They got lost when I moved here. Third, and most important is that there is a problem with the sound output on the synth. For some reason after the synth has been on for a few minutes, the sound output diminishes rapidly until there is no sound output at all. I have zero idea what’s wrong with it. Another thing that happened once was that upon turning the power on, there was an error code on the LCD screen. I was able to turn the synth off and back on and it never happened again, but I figured I’d mention it. No idea why that happened. I’ve called a couple places in the area to have it looked at, and no one ever gets back to me, so I’m going to sell it. If you’re good with these things, you might fix it for next to nothing, or it might have something more major wrong with it. I fix cars, not synths unfortunately, so I’m at a loss with what could be wrong here. Other than the missing knobs and broken wood side plate, it’s in very nice condition physically. ”
