I got this unit in on a trade without testing it out
When I finally had a chance to go through it lights up
But only a orange screen comes up (see pics)
I did a little research
When you hold down the correct buttons for a factory reset it reads “SDRAM DB Error”!
Not sure if this is an easy fix or not
Might just need a new stick of SDRAM?
I don’t have the time, patience or know how to fix this
I got way more in this thing then my starting bid

“This synth has been tested and sounds great!

It has been fitted with the Moog slayer mods for control of cutoff and resonance via the knobs on the side. There is also a third knob for FM. The order of these from left to right goes; cutoff, resonance, fm.

The only issues are that the battery cover is missing and the cap for the tune slide pot is missing.

“It is used only twice after buying it for secondhand 30 years ago, but there are fine scratches.

The color is very rare with a rare walnut (wood grain).
It is a rare product that is rarely offered for sale in the second-hand market.

“Korg EX-800 Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer module from the 1980’s. This is a used piece of vintage equipment. Receives MIDI, plays notes, loads patches. See pictures, case has some scuffs and scratches but functions normally. Two keys stick somewhat, which is typical of these units (you can open it up and clean the button contacts, videos on YouTube on how to do it.)

Includes a non-original power supply and a duplicate cassette that has the stock EX-800 patches on it. This cassette is the same one you can see for sale on eBay. Unit has been restored to factory defaults.”

“Korg 707 Vintage Synthesizer KEYTAR w/pwr supply TESTED Works -no headphone jack. Condition is Used.

I tested this keytar/synth and found all of the voices to be working. I tested everything that was east for me to test and found only the headphone jack not working. Someone had removed it. I bought a new jack perfectly matched to the others on the synth, but I did not install it. The jack will be included with the sale along with the synth/keytar and power supply. The case has lots of scratches all over it, but I didn’t see any significant cracks or chips. The LCD panel works, but it is the original low light type, not the bright replacement type. ”

“The Monophonic MS-10 from Korg was released in 1978 featuring a 32 key keyboard offering a semi-modular interface. A nice feature of the MS-10 was you could get basic synthesizer sounds without patch cables but you can take your sound exploration further by re-routing some of it’s modules.

The MS-10 has a simplified interface while offering more within it’s semi-modular design. It has just one envelope, one LFO, one Filter, and one Pitch Wheel with a solid case and sturdy keybed.

This synthesizer has been owned by only 2 persons, works perfectly, only inconvenience is the last key is mildly chopped as shown in pictures, I am discounting $50 to the average price for a MS-10 that I found on the internet. I bought a brand new case custom made for the synthesizer, made of wood and steel, a year ago and it costed me $150, I am including it for $100, hence the total cost of $650.
