“This is a Korg poly 800 synthesizer from 1983. It has been upgraded with the “moogslayer mod” and “FM-800 mod” allowing direct control of the filter cutoff and resonance and also a frequency modulation knob for some cool sounding tones.

When plugged in and connected to an amp the keyboard does make sounds and when knobs and buttons are turned/adjusted during play, the sounds appear to change as they should. Pitch wheel works. A few buttons missing as seen in photos. HOWEVER, due to the nature of this being a vintage, 50 year old electronic machine, I am defining its condition officially as PARTS ONLY so that no one who receives the machine feels burned. It’s entirely possible that this machine could have defects that are not clear to my eyes because I am not a musician. So buyer beware, you are buying an item that may not fully work as it did 50 years ago and is *NOT* eligible to be returned. If you get the thing home and it works like a top, congratulations, you just saved some money. But that is your risk to take. It’s about 30 years old and has some dings and scratches, given it’s age (the small plastic knob is missing from the top of the pitch-bend), which can be found in the pictures. (If a note sticks/doesn’t release, press the key that triggered the note harder to release — contacts probably need to be cleaned.)
