” Vintage Univox Mini Korg analog synthesizer. From the early seventies. Serial number 2437. Used by The Cars, The Human League etc. bought this from a musician who (big surprise) needed money back in 1989. I’m not a keyboard player so this has mostly sat in my dry, smoke free closet ever since. I’ve pulled it out occasionally for big fun with sounds. “Korg M500 SP Micro-preset 1970s analogue synth synthesiser.
Ive had this little synth in my possession for a few years and its seen some band action , it started to have trouble with the portamento control i tired changing the pot to know avail , it was resigned to the cupboard few few years. Recently i had another go at trying to fix but
still same problem sound cuts out intermittenly . so decied to sell it on
maybe someone can sort the problem out .
It has some fantastic analog sounds for a retro 70s synth .

“Amazing sounding keyboard. Digital oscillators with analog filters and processing for a lovely rich tone. Dave Smith wants thousands for his same principled hybrid synths. All the keys work fine, and it seems fully operational. I prefer these to the dw8000 sister synths as do lots of people, they have a nicer tone. Condition wise it’s good. Few marks here and there which I’ve tried to show in the photos, but very good for such an old machine. It’s been well looked after. All keys and buttons working. Not trying to put you off, as they do 100% work but some of the menu diving buttons stick ever so slightly now and again and you have to press them twice. This is something inherent with these old machines, I’ve had 3. It’s just how they are, and I’m just trying to be as specific as possible. The patches I have created for it are very decent, and much better than the originals, but the original factory ones can be easily re-installed, though I’m not sure why you would want to. “unit is clean and has just minor wear and no damage. we powered it on and it initially indicated internal battery low on display so it probably needs replaced. it produced good sound through a speaker and the headphone jack. one key was sticking (2nd Ab) and will need attention. see video. we had it playing many different instruments prior to the video but couldn’t figure out how to do it again once we turned it off except for the drums for the video. the video just shows that it powers on and is working.” Click here to visit listing on eBay

I have a back up battery for the DSB-1 around and if I find it, it will come with the sale.
Drum Machine used to work but was in storage for a couple of years.
You see a round hole on the bottom and that mod was done years ago when the CR2032 B/U battery was replaced. Service person said it would help the P/S dissipate heat adding air flow.
The plastic flip door for the ROM cards is not around , sorry.
Last time I used the DSB-1 for sampling it worked great but now I can’t test it as the DDD-1 won’t turn on.
Setting up my new studio and taking out gear I had in storage and now it won’t turn on.”

“Korg Poly-61M MIDI Synthesizer. Serviced and with NEW CPU board installed.
This is the original Korg Poly-61M, a great sounding polysynth with the factory MIDI. Poly61 are known for many developed defects, the most dangerous is a backup battery leak which destroys the CPU memory. The original battery was replaced, several years ago, however the acid leak continued to develop and destroy traces and joints until one day it stopped working completely. At that point, it became obvious it can be worse in the future, and the new CPU board was installed a month ago. This is newly manufactured board from Synthronics in Germany. So, the lesson here – never trust somebody who replaced the battery because original battery leaked already, with 99% chance it will fail anyway.
The second problem of all Poly61 is connectors. Connectors and cables get oxidized over a time and no longer can work reliably even after you clean them. They simply no longer hold the contact. This synth has all problematic connectors replaced (all cables in black on photo are new wires).
And finally power supply was serviced with premium Nichicon original audio grade caps.
Everything else is untouched. Original buttons, pots and keys work. The overall condition is very clean. It comes with the original case where it was stored the most of its life. It hasn’t been used much at all. The proof of all work is on photos. ” Click here to visit listing on eBay

Uk Model – all drum pads work perfectly and the battery retains patches.
Considering it’s age it is in good cosmetic condition but please review all photos as there are minor age related marks.
Please note the following –
– the front card flap is missing
– while all function buttons work, a few take a firmer press to operate

“Korg M1 Music Workstation Synthesiser With Flight Case.
I have had this keyboard since about 1999 and used it regularly for shows and recording until recently. It has quite a few knocks and scratches on the body, all cosmetic (and mostly occurring before I bought it) please see photos. They keys are all working and in good condition.
I replaced the memory battery a few years ago and restored the factory presets. All keys working. All buttons working but sometimes you do need to press them firmly. I have never used the sequencer, but there are some stored tracks that play.
Selling now as I no longer use it. Flight case is in good condition with some knocks as you would expect. The catches and handles are a bit corroded but all in working condition.”
