“I have no way to fully test this synth anymore so I have to list it as “For Parts ONLY”. The last time it was used (approximately 2010) it was in full working order and it powers on fine as seen in the images. All that said, it is being sold AS IS for PARTS ONLY because as I said, I have no way to confirm it is working 100%.
The case has some general wear and tear from use over the years as you can see in the images. It’s very clean and presents well over all.
I’m also including two power adapters and three midi cables (see last image).
I do NOT have the owners manual but I’m sure a PDF can be found online.
Also please note, the serial number scratched out in images 10 and 11 is in the image only, the serial number is fully visible on the unit.

Stereo pan mod, allows you to pan each of the six voices as far left or right as you like with onboard trimmers that can be easily adjusted to taste, similar to oberheim, stereo jacks have been installed in back panel below main output. The stereo output is tapped before the effect section, which allows you to record the clean stereo signal along with an effected fx mono signal for more flexibility in the studio.
Full service manual tuning, anyone who has attempted tuning one of these knows that it is a labor of love and takes a LONG time to dial in just right, rest assured the time was taken to get all voices very tight to spec

Working KORG POLY-61 Vintage 1980’s Synthesizer Keyboard
I have had this a long long time, and over the years it has seen more action than Axel Rose.
Over the years I have had hard Red Oak sides put on, as the chipboard that was originally there was just falling to bits as they all do.
I have not used it for over a year, but it is fully functioning. Just needs some switch cleaner in the volume knob as it is a little scratchy when turned. With time and use this should dissipate.
Also, where the modulation/Pitch bend joystick is, the panel does move a bit. It has done this since the sides were replaced but it does not affect playing or using of the joystick. It could use some shorter screws in it I think. Just never bothered with it as it did not detract from its use. Just thought I would mention it as someone may want to fix that.

“Korg 800-DV Maxi-Korg Synthesizer. Currently not working. It doesnt power up at all and the protection fuse is blown. Cosmetically this synth is very good except for the side wood (original plywood) which has many chips and is delaminating. This synth received a full overhaul by vintage standards in japan about a year and a half ago including a full recap and cleaning and supposedly the power supply was set up for north american voltages. It was working and sounded great until recently when it abruptly stopped working. Prior to the current problem all functions worked. If you have a good tech that can get this back up and running it will be a great purchase for you. “Korg Micro-Preset M-500 mono Synth. This is late 70’s design with the wood side panels. Super Super easy to use and sounds amazing. Great Bass sounds on here. at its core it is a 32-note monophonic preset synthesizer with 6 push-button presets including voice, synth1, synth2, brass, string, and wood. Its a single-oscillator. There are couple sounds that are distinct and you can hear them on the early Gorillaz album Demon Days. The ONLY thing wrong with this – there are 3 voices out of the 30 total that do not work — it is in the “Wood” button patch and its the Clarinet, Flute, and Recorder. “Selling my Korg X-911 Guitar Synth. I am the second owner of this unit. I bought it in 1986. I have used this extensively in the studio for decades, it has been totally reliable and sounds amazing.
It works great, although there may be some slight dusty pots. I blew the pots and switches with compressed air and some de-oxit, so I think they are all clean now. But this is typical with gear this age. They may need another round of cleaning.
The MS style filter is a joy to use with guitars or other synths, keyboards, and especially drum machines. The distortion and wah is one of my go-to secret sauces on my 707 and 606. It sounds fat and unique.
As well even the analog instrument sounds work great layered with other synths. It tracks fine with guitars if you just compress the guitar going into it. But I usually use synths and drum machines.
