“Yamaha DX27 Digital Programmable Algorithm Synthesizer MIDI. Condition is “Used”. This keyboard has been in storage since 1992 and has some superficial rust bubbles on the rear panel but it is perfect working order. The keys are all perfect and the sounds are classic 80’s .It comes with a hard case which is a bit tatty. It’s also supplied with a none original power supply ( the Yamaha one was lost) which works fine. This was owned and used by a successful John Peel favourite indie band who broke up in 1992 and has been in storage ever since. Buyer collects. I could meet at a London Tube station if it helps? Additional Info: This synthesizer is physically in good shape and looks to be mostly in good working condition. The low C key on the synthesizer does not function and the data entry dial is missing its knob but still moves up and down (see pics). In testing the synthesizer we found that the output jack and the power jack are sensitive to the angle that they are connected by. We turned the synthesizer and got feedback and the synthesizer flickered off and on. “It powers up and seems to be working fine. I don’t know a lot about synthesizers but I got it to create a variety of sounds with no problem. Comes with power supply and manuals. Needs a little dusting. Keys are slightly discolored but, other than that, it’s in good physical and electronic condition. Guaranteed to work when it arrives. ”

I have tested the midi ports and they work fine.

No 4 button is a bit sticky it sometimes takes a few pushes but does work.

The power cable connection is a bit loose and sometimes needs touching to get the unit to turn on.
