“This Casio CZ-101 is tested and working great. It’s used and in very good condition. A previous owner wrote “9V” on the far right of the keyboard.. to remind them what power supply to use I guess.

That being said, it is tested with a 9V power supply (not included) and works great. I didn’t test it with batteries but the compartment looks clean so it should be good to go.”

Polyphonic phase distortion synthesizer. This unit works but has been damaged over time due to batteries being left in it during storage. Dust and moisture has also damaged the keyboard assembly. Offered as described for parts or repair.

Cosmetic Condition: Fair cosmetic condition with some marks and stickers. Circuit boards semm ok – as pictured.

Functionality Report: Unit operates as with DC adapter despite damage. It will no longer run on batteries.

There was corrosion in tge battery compartment that I cleaned and it does work with batteries.

I don’t know how to test every function. I hooked it up to an amp and all the keys played and the different tones for the keys works. One of the keys sticks (see last picture).

I do not have the power adapter. Batteries not included. Check out pictures for cosmetic condition.

Good condition with signs of use consistent with age including slight yellowing of the keys and few scuffs to tue casing. All controls and membrane buttons work and there are no chipped keys. I purchased this keyboard new in 1987, was played for many years but has sat in the garage for probarbly the last 25 years. having a clear out and hence time to get rid of!!

Everything on this unit works except that three sharp black keys at the top are broken, they are stuck down. They appear to be missing the springs but I have not disassembled. Potentially not a big fix?

Apart from not working they do not affect the sound, they are not stuck ‘on’, just don’t sound but you can control through MIDI with no issues. All the other keys work.

“This Casio worked normally when it was last used approximately September 2021. When we acquired it it was missing the battery cover, and it had cosmetic damage to the rear right hand corner, underside – but performance is unaffected. you can see most of this in the pertinent photo.
