This synthesizer was working, but had been partially disassembled to install some modifications (moog slayer,) which were not completed (only knobs/pots installed.) “This vintage Korg MS20 keyboard synthesizer, originally released in 1978, is a classic piece of retro equipment that any musician would love to have in their collection. With its semi-modular design, it offers endless possibilities for creating unique and original sounds. It is an excellent addition to any studio or live performance setup, and is sure to provide countless hours of creative inspiration.
This one comes in excellent condition, believed to be fully operational, but I haven’t tested every single parameter so this is not a guarantee! All keys and knobs are working as expected though and all insert points look clean. Serial number is below 150k which indicates that this is the Mk1 model with the better filter. Sold as is, so strictly no returns!! Buyer welcome to test fully on colection.
It’s fitted with a Japanese power cord requires a step converter to run from UK mains supply (NOT INCLUDED) AirLink trasnformers are recommended by SoundGas and are particularly reliable unlike some of the cheaper Chinese transformers, which I would never trust with one of my vintage synths!!!”

“1978 Micromoog in great cosmetic condition but has some functional issues. This was part of a large studio buyout. They had it in a “C” room, not in storage. Its been tested slightly.. not tested in depth.
All keys played / triggered good and pitch was stable.. was able to make a killer bass and lead sound!
BUT Audio was only emitted when the last BYPASS switch was engaged.. i believe that switch bypasses the Envelope section? Not sure.. anyhow, that should be looked at. Also Mod wheel seemed off.. not engaging proper.

“Classic 1980s digital synth from Roland
When I got this it was suffering from the same problems they all do, non-working buttons and dead memory backup battery. Both issues have now been properly fixed, with 38 new micro switches soldered in and a brand new coin cell battery.

“Roland Juno-106. Needs a service. I say this as sometimes there is crackling in the back ground and notes can vanish when in Poly 1 but not Poly 2 for who knows why. This has only just started. In honestly you could use it day to day for now. But its analogue. Who knows! Part of the charm. Could never get any worse or could tomorrow.
I would personally look at getting the chips replaced ASAP.

“Roland SH-101 Vintage Analogue Synthesizer.
I bought this amazing analogue synth alongside a Roland TB303 Bassline and TR606 Drumatix in the 90’s as part of my home studio setup along with a Casio CZ1000. Sadly the SH101 is the only item I have left from that setup, although I still have the CZ1000 manual if anyone wants it.
The SH101 is the legendary Roland machine listed in the fantastic book, The Synthesizer & Electronic Keyboard Handbook by David Crombie, and foreword by Thomas Dolby.
The machine is in very good condition, all buttons, sliders and switches work and is in full working order. I have had this from almost new.
Battery holder is in great condition with no rust on contacts and takes 6x Type C 1.5v batteries.
