“This auction is for one original vintage 1973 Moog Minimoog Model D analog monophonic synthesizer project with original case. This auction is for the one vintage 1973 Moog Minimoog Model D synthesizer and the original brown case in the pictures only. This synthesizer came from a local estate. The serial number is “4106”. I’m a drummer and know nothing about vintage synthesizers. It powers on and all the keys work and all of the knobs seem to be working as well. This synth makes some awesome sounds, I’m just not sure if everything is working like it is supposed to. The pots need to be cleaned. The keys felt a little stiff at first but seem to be getting better the more I use them. The power cord works but it has some frayed spots and the ground pin has been removed (see pictures). With all that being said, this synthesizer is being sold as found and “as-is”. Cosmetically, the wood parts of the synth have scratches and wear but still look nice overall (see pictures).
