“It’s recently been serviced – this included cleaning the key bed, replacing a few caps in the PSU, fitting a new digital LED (much, much easier to read) and fitting some new keys. It works just as it should but these synths are 40 years old and the entire CZ range are quirky when it comes to their use. Sometimes if your working quickly you may find you have to press a button again before it registers. This isn’t due to a fault, its down to the design of the synthesiser using 4.3mm tactile switches fitted under a flexing plastic switchboard (like the monopoly, polysix and JX-10p).The replaced keys are a slightly different shade than the original and the chorus slider is missing but beyond that, its working fine. No crackles, no lost sound and all of the keys work. These are a classic synth used to create the reese sound on Just another Chance by Kevin Saunderson (Reese).This is a large Synth and I can post but it will need to be via a courier and at your cost.
