“Up for grabs is an ARP Axxe Model 2313 with an extremely early serial number, made in Newton, Mass USA in 1975. This is the first iteration of the iconic mono synth, featuring the legendary “stolen” self oscillating Moog Filter. The later two Axxe Models do not have this feature. The filter is THE crucial aspect of a mono synth, and with a self oscillating one….sinusoidal bass and kicks will shatter your window panes.
The instrument was recently refurbished and serviced. Everything works as it should. It’s always hard finding vintage synths that work, and at this point…..this thing is an antique, although that does not stop it from being a useful instrument in anyone’s rig.” Click here to visit listing on eBay
