Appears to be fully working with the exception of the pitch bend function which seems a little weird when it’s cranked up all the way.
Plastic veneer is scuffed and peeled away in one area, but the function buttons in that area all appear to be working.
Phones signal is good and output signal is good.
No adapter included.
