“This vintage Minimoog Model D synthesizer is a must-have for any musician or collector. With 44 keys and a classic analog design, this keyboard synthesizer is perfect for creating unique and inspiring sounds. Its CV Out, Trig In, and CV In ports make it easy to connect to other equipment, while the pitch wheel and modulation wheel provide endless possibilities for sound exploration. This MOOG synthesizer is in need of repair and is being sold for parts or restoration. It has a beautiful walnut finish and was made in Japan in 1973. Don’t miss out on the chance to own a piece of music history.
I purchased this through a estate sale, plugged it in and Wal-ah. I have no way to test this unit properly nor would I know how to and I definitely don’t know how to play it. The video above was the first time playing with it.
My observations: There are scratches in the wood, but no chips or cracks. Very sturdy. One broken key and one sticky key but they play.( All black key work) The cord looks as though a rabbit was starving and this was all it had to eat, But does work. Seems that some of the keys on the right side make the same sound, Don’t know if that’s a setting or what. Missing top wood piece on control panel. The noise volume nob has a small chip, can’t really see it. All and all, in the right hands, I think it would make a great restoration.” Click here to visit listing on eBay
