“This is the legendary Linn Drum from the early 1980s. Everything works except the kick drum button. This problem and any others can be perfectly repaired by a Linn Drum repair specialist I know of, and he can also add MIDI to it. Last year I was going to send my Linn Drum to him to repair the problem, plus to add MIDI, but COVID hit and a lot of my gigs were getting canceled and I was on the road and I never got around to sending the drum machine to him. Now, I’ve decided to just sell it as is, at a substantial discount. If I can’t sell it as is I will send it to be repaired and have the MIDI added to it, but the selling price will go up a couple of thousand dollars. If you purchase it as is, and send it in yourself to be repaired, the cost of repair will be substantially lower than that.
